HISTORY
Free to Worship Ministries was birthed in Aug. 2014 with just 2 families. Within the first month of the doors being opened, there were 7 families that joined in the work of the Lord. The work has continued and has not stopped. The Lord has sent many willing workers to this vineyard to assist with Kingdom Building. Free To Worship is an Apostolic Faith church that is a part of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Intl.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God.
We believe in the Oneness of God-that there are three manifestations of the ONE God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe the name by which God is known is Lord Jesus Christ. The name above all other names.
We believe in the virgin birth, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We believe in the water baptism in Jesus' name according to Acts 2:38, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost according to Acts 2:4.
We believe in the New Birth, (being born again) includes a genuine repentance, water baptism in Jesus' name, and the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, evidenced by the speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance as the initial evidence thereof.
We believe in living a Holy, consecrated and sanctified life.
We believe in the translation of the saints, commonly known as the rapture. (1 Thess. 4:13-17)
VISION & MISSION STATEMENT
It is our mission to return the church back to a place of healing and recovery. Mark 16:15-18 says, And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. The original foundation that Jesus laid was for the church to be a spiritual hospital. Acts 10:38 says, How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. We are that church. This church is a place of emergency where people can come any time of day or night. We are a place that will lead people back to health, both spiritually, and naturally. We are lead to build people up in the confidence of who Jesus is and His Will for us. This will be done by restoring the broken and renewing the minds of the people through the Word of God. In order to achieve this mission, seek the Lord early, by giving God His time first. Proverbs 8:17 says, I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. Let God be the first person you call every morning. Eat your daily bread, which is the Word of God. Matthew 6:11 says, Give us this day our daily bread. Commit yourselves to weekly fasting in an effort to kill the deeds of the flesh. Mark 9:29 says, And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting. Lastly, know your position. In this Spiritual E.R., you are a part of the First Response team. You must be ready at all times to service souls and to reach the harvest.
